WNT-verantwoording

De Wet Normering van Topinkomens (WNT) regelt de maximale vergoeding voor topfunctionarissen in de publieke sector. Onderdeel van de WNT is de publicatieplicht. Publieke instellingen moeten jaarlijks de bezoldiging en eventuele ontslagvergoedingen van hun topfunctionarissen publiceren in hun financiële jaarverslagen. Dit heet ook wel de openbaarmakingsplicht.
